FAQ's

How soon in advance do I need to order my stationery?
Preferably no less than 3 months before the wedding day.

When should I send my invitations out?
Normally 6-8 weeks in advance but sooner if your wedding is on a bank holiday or abroad.

How long do orders take?
Orders take no longer than 4-6 weeks from the point at which we receive your deposit.

Can I order my Order of Service, Place Cards, Menus & Thank You Cards at a later date?
Yes, provided they are ordered no later than 6 weeks before the wedding to allow for proofing, production and delivery.

By what method can I pay for my stationery?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, postal order or bank draft.

When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of ordering. The remaining 50% is due either before delivery or upon collection. (Cheques must clear prior to goods being delivered or collected)

Do envelopes cost extra?
No, the price of Day and Evening Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Cards all include a matching envelope.

Is there an extra charge for type setting and creation of proofs?
No, the service is free once an order has been submitted.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is €20.00 to anywhere in the country or Northern Ireland. Please enquire about delivery outside Ireland.

How do I know what wording is right for me?
If you are unsure, simply give us the basic information and we will advise you.

Can I order extra ribbon for other decorations?
Yes we have ribbon to match all our designs.

Regarding your pocketfold invitations, what colours are available for the inside?
It would literally be impossible to provide a list on our website of all the colours available, as the numbers are in the thousands. It is always best to give us an idea of your colour scheme, and we can advise from there/mail samples.

I would prefer a different ribbon colour, is that possible?
Yes we can change the colour provided we have it in stock.

Do I have to tie the ribbons myself?
No, we will do everything for you.

I would like to include a Directions/Accommodation Card, can you organise this?
Yes, we can print a simple card to match your invitations.

Do you supply just the covers of the Mass Booklets?
No, for your convenience we will supply the full typeset and printed booklet which saves you time and effort.
