TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All designs are owned by Tulipdesigns.co.uk and are protected by copyright.
The prices quoted for our stationery items include printed inserts, matching pearlescent envelopes and protective sleeves. For Order of Service/Mass booklets the set price per item includes a maximum of 8 pages of A5. Any additional pages will incur a small additional charge per page.
There is no minimum order and we advise that place your order as soon as possible before your wedding date. We are able to fulfill orders with shorter lead times and will do our utmost to honour all reasonable requests.
A non-returnable deposit of 50% of your total order is required at the time of ordering. The balance is due 6 weeks later or when your stationery order is completed; whichever is sooner. In both instances full payment of the total order amount must be paid before despatch.
Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered. These must be signed and returned to us prior to the commencement of your order.
Table Plans incur a separate delivery cost of €15.00
As your wedding stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.
Price lists are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes issued are valid for 8 weeks only.
Our stationery is produced to extremely high standards. As our stationery is made by hand, small variations will occur. We cannot be held responsible for errors made in print which are also in error on signed proofs.
If you are unhappy with the order in another respect, we will review the problem and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
